My 10 favourite pages from The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse

During the course of this lockdown I read The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy. I have gone on to read it every single day of the lockdown. It is a beautiful, powerful and uplifting book. Below, I have shared my 10 favourite pages from it but to give you an idea of how much I loved this book when I first picked my favourites I had 23 so narrowing it down has been hard but here we go:

“Being honest is always interesting”
“There’s a lot of frantic paddling going on beneath”
“The greatest illusion…is that life should be perfect”
“Don’t measure how valuable you are by the way you are treated”
“Comparing yourself to others”
“Sometimes I want to say I love you all…but I find it difficult.”
“Help”
“Asking for help isn’t giving up…It’s refusing to give up.”
“Nothing beats kindness”
“Tears fall for a reason”

Those were my 10 favourite pages from The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse. All the amazing work you have seen was created by Charlie Mackesy. There are so many more amazing pages like these in the book and I highly recommend you get a copy!
